Shipping Policy

In most cases, orders are processed in 1-3 business days, but this time may be extended during peak volume times. Business days are Monday-Friday and exclude all holidays.

Due to COVID-19, there may be some delay in shipping.

We offer shipping through two carriers: USPS and UPS. You, the customer, have the option to select whichever method you’d prefer. Please be advised that orders shipped via UPS only ship out on Wednesday and Saturday. Orders shipped through USPS go out daily, Monday-Saturday.

Talmadge Larue Bath + Body, LLC, is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items. In the case that you do not receive your order, please contact your local post office or USPS directly for further information.

Please ensure that your address is listed correctly. Packages that are returned to us because of an incorrect address will be charged a $15 fee to reship the package. We are not responsible for packages that are not delivered due to incorrect addresses.

If you select expedited shipping, please note that shipping times do not reflect processing time. Processing times are 1-3 business days, but we do our best to ship orders out the next business day. Please note shipping days for your selected carrier above.
