FAQs + Return Policy
Can I cancel/modify an order?
Since we're eager to get your items to you, production starts as soon as possible after you place an order. If your order has not already entered production, you are able to cancel or modify an order. Please email us at info@talmadgelarue.com for any issues regarding your order.
What is your refund/return policy?
We do not provide refunds or returns for orders that have already entered production, or in the event that the package seal has been broken or your order has already shipped.  Please feel free to contact us to see if we can assist you in any way.
My item was damaged, what do I do now?
We hate that your item(s) was damaged during transit. We do our best to ensure your items are packed securely and that all items arrive at their new destination in one piece. During the warmer months, body butters, candle wax and melts can melt if left in humid conditions.  We cannot be responsible for the conditions once these items leave our premises.  For candle melts, you can place them in the freezer or refrigerator for 10 minutes and they should solidify and are ready to be used.  If your item is damaged, please contact us: info@talmadgelarue.com
When will my order ship?
Since most of our products are made to order, your item(s) will ship in 3-5 business days. Please allow 7-10 business days to receive your items.
 
I have a tracking number, but I am unable to track my package.
You will receive a notification when a label has been printed for your order to ship.
Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to become available.
My order shipped, but I didn't receive it.
If your package is marked as delivered and you do not receive it, please contact your local post office. Talmadge Larue Bath and Body is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Is local pick-up/delivery available?
Local pick-up/delivery is available for those in Miami, FL. Please choose that option at checkout. We will reach out to you with the information needed to ensure a smooth pick-up/delivery experience.
